I find it interesting that they have been building all these new apartments but who can afford to live in them? Plus you need pretty we perfect credit and this check and that check there is so many people on low income that are homeless because they can't afford the extreme high rents and it's not just low income people it's everyone like this 3800$ month plus first and last and plus puc heat and water like seriously. I don't understand how anyone is able to live now a days.
