Four new cases of COVID-19 reported in the Sault: APH

Currently 62 active cases, two hospitalizations in the region

Algoma Public Health has reported four new cases of COVID-19, all from the Sault Ste. Marie area.

Case No. 567, tested on Nov. 6, is from close contact.

Case No. 568, tested on Nov. 6, is considered as unknown exposure.

Case No. 569, tested on Nov. 6, is from close contact.

Case No. 570, tested on Nov. 7, is an unknown exposure. 

All four individuals are self-isolating. 

This brings the total number of cases to 570 since the start of the pandemic.

There are currently 62 active cases and two hospitalizations in the region. 

Algoma regions with COVID-19 cases reported in the past 14 days include:

  • Sault Ste. Marie and area
  • North Algoma
