Illuminate the Season with ARCH is excited to announce our Online Auction runs from Thursday, November 17th, 2022 at 5:00 PM until Sunday, November 20th, 2022 at 8:00 PM.
Illuminate the Season with ARCH is a four-day event at the Machine Shop that celebrates the magic of the season, showcasing the creativity of local artisans and festive décor, while raising funds to support a local charity. Our online auction is hosted by SooToday, where viewers can bid and vote on their favourite trees, wreaths and auction bundles from local businesses. You can browse and bid on the items below. Items will be available for pickup at the Machine Shop on Monday, November 21, 2022, from 9 AM to 9 PM! We thank you for your support!
Please READ THE RULES, particularly the part about credit card authorizations. In short, each time you place a bid, the system places a hold authorization for that amount on your card. When you are outbid, the hold is released. If you bid $50 on ten different items, this means $500 of your available balance will be unavailable until you're outbid. Any winning bids at the end of the auction are captured - meaning your card is charged. Buy Now items will be charged to your credit card at the time of purchase. We recommend you use a credit card, not a debit card for this auction. A released hold may take several days to reflect on your statement.
What happens if I win?
