Help us buy 1,000 meals for community members in need

Our local Soup Kitchen Community Centre is facing an unprecedented need for food donations.

An increase in demand has resulted in bare shelves at the centre, which provides lunch each day to countless community members in need.

In an effort to alleviate the pressure on the organization and help provide food for our community’s most vulnerable, we’re calling upon our readers  to help us ensure that no one goes without.

Giving back with our Soup Kitchen Meal Drive is as easy as the click of a button.

Simply log in to your SooToday account (or register for free), select the meal (or meals!) you would like to donate and enter your credit card details. Check the ‘Confirm’ button and click ‘Donate’ to confirm your purchase.

That’s it! It is that simple to make a meaningful difference here in Sault Ste. Marie.

All donations will support the Sault Ste. Marie Soup Kitchen. You can make a donation for the centre until Monday, Sept. 25 at 12 p.m.
