Its a shame. A city of 75,000 has an accident every second day for The Last 5 Years..
Can a new city council and the traffic department have the courage to reduce the speed limit to 25 miles an hour and save lives and reduce insurance claims and repair bills and hospital bills. Please wake up.
Reducing in city speed limit will cut accidents easily by 40 to 50 per cent.
