There needs to be flashing red lights as well as stop signs at these intersections, the intersection shown above is extremely dangerous, a lot of people will look up and see the traffic lights covered and think they can just drive through and don’t notice the stop sign, there needs to be flashing red lights at these intersections and a flashing yellow light for the traffic that doesn’t have a stop sign.
