The fact that a large portion of the children are hearing nothing but attacks discounting the education system and teachers at home while not entirely understanding that their parents are not disagreeing with Math and English certainly does not make educators jobs easier. They just know that the teacher isn't someone that needs to be respected.

That's called false equivalency.
Party at time of enrollment is meaningless. No one in 1993 enrolled in medical school solely due to the party in power. They would've had a long school career prior. So if they applied in 93, They probably didn't start thinking about being a doctor in December of 92.

Enrollment in school has nothing to do with working Doctors so those statistics about which party was in power for which enrolment year are pointless. The issue is they get their doctorate and then move to larger cities, better paying provinces, or worse, to the states.
