Thank you for caring and all you do for your patients. Thank you for giving us a glimpse of what a day looks like for family doctors. I had no idea.
I pray every day that my doctor hangs in there for us because I realize he may not be replaced. What comes to my mind is Dr Keating taking time out of his busy schedule to look after me in between his other patients when I was falling apart about 14 years ago (when I thought I might be dying). I don’t think I ever thanked him properly for that because I ended up on “the emergency list ”to be “fixed”. Again thank you but those two words aren’t adequate to express the gratitude for caring and giving up so much of your personal lives. Please tell us what can we do to help advocate for all of you?
