Ontario Premier says families are already struggling to make ends meet and should not have to buy reusable bags or 'openly' carry their alcohol in public. The families cannot afford 99 cents for a reusable bag but they can spend $75.00 for a bottle of Jack Daniel's. Somebody isn't thinking. If you have a bag that says LCBO is it the Little Country Boutique of Ontario.
