If there are criminals out there willing to steal vehicles, I don’t think they are too worried about losing their drivers licence or jail time. If they are immigrants invited to this country, send them back. It will be cheaper and if they are not here, they can’t steal vehicles. In the old days, if you stole a horse, they hung you. I think we’re pretty lenient today.
