The city pushes the entire road to our side. The snow can be up to my knees while across the road the neighbour can drive out of their driveway no problem

There’s not enough spaces for the people that are currently seeking out treatment. How do you expect forced treatment to work? Where are all these open spaces? Has forced treatment helped alcoholics? Majority of the time no.
