With heavy hearts, Penny’s family announces her passing at ARCH Hospice on Monday, October 28, 2024. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Greg White. She was a devoted mother to Jeff White (Cheryl Mortimore) and Liz White (Franco Gagliardi).
As a loving grandmother, Penny adored her grandchildren, Chance, Connor, and Paige, and was a proud great-grandmother to Violet and Brooklyn.
She was a dear sister to her many siblings: Barbara Marrello (late Louis), Harold Thompson (Barb), Earl Thompson (Connie), Ron Thompson (Mary Ellen), the late Eddie Thompson, the late Doug Thompson, Cheryl Thompson, and the late Perry Thompson, all of whom will miss her deeply. Penny was also a cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Penny treasured her close friendships with Darlene, Jane, Joann, Leona, Shirley, and especially Susan.
Penny’s family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all of the staff at both ADCP and ARCH Hospice for their compassionate care. Special thanks to Dr. Rasouli, Nurse Jennifer, Dr. Booth, and Dr. Apostle.
At Penny’s request, there will be no service.

Penny’s warmth, kindness, and love will be remembered by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.
