Today is November 28, 2024. It would have been Francine's 92nd birthday, however she stepped into glory with the Father on August 11, 2024.
Francine was a beautiful and loving soul, filled with laughter, enthusiasm, and affection for all. Francine had two biological sons, Curtis and Chris Balint, and 5 biological grandchildren: Steve, Aaron, Kristen, Caleb, Robyn. Francine had 5 stepchildren from her husband, Laurent, whom she loved very much. All who knew her near her home on St Joseph's Island, and in Sault Ste Marie, loved her. Francine loved her home on the island where she would spend her time with her husband and pets, and would feed and name the many animals who would visit her in her back yard. When she wasn't home with her furry friends, she could be found cruising the various garage sales or coming into town to to her favorite spot, Reggie's for a glass of wine and socialize with the many people who loved her there.
Francine was full of life and you always knew she was in the room when you could hear that hearty and sincere laugh in the background. When talking with Francine, you always felt that you were her favorite. She had a way of making you feel loved and noticed, and always did her best to take care of everyone around her.
We miss you so much, Grandma.
