After a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer, Giuseppina Fera (Aquino) passed away at home on Thursday, December 6, 2001 at the age of 71. Survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Angelo Cesare Fera and her four children Giovannina, Vincenzo (Kelly) of Calgary, Angela of North Bay and Pietro (Christine) of Sault Ste. Marie. Loving nana of Bianca, Cassandra and Justin of Calgary and Tianna Alexander and Nicolas of Sault Ste. Marie, by whom she will always be remembered. Predeceased by her parents Florindo and Marietta (Crocco) Aquino and her parents-in-law Vincenzo and Giovannina (Carbone) Fera. Fondly remembered by her brothers and sister Filiberto (Armalia) Aquino of Italy, Franco (Franca) Aquino of New York, Luisa (Carlo) Scarpino and sister-in-law Elvira (late Arturo) Borghese. Also fondly remembered by cousins Rosetta (Fernando) Maturi, Frank (Pam) Crocco and Anthony (Linda) Crocco all of Niagara Falls, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
