John Joseph (Jack) Casey passed away at the General Hospital on Wednesday, December 19, 2001 at the age of 71 years. Beloved husband of Florence and dear father of Erin, Shannon, Lavoie (Ken) and Sean (special friend Sue Singer). Father-in-law of Jack Lannigan. Grandfather of Patrick, Sean, John, Genevieve, Brandan, Tara and Kelly. Great grandfather of Cassidy, Jacob, Daniel and Devon. A Jack's request there will be no funeral service. Memorial contributions to the Sault Area Hospitals Cancer Clinic would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to Doctor Walde, Dr. Spadafora and Dr. Allen and to the nurses and staff at the Cancer Clinic and Palliative Care Units and to all who cared for Jack during his time at the General Hospital.
