It is with broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Heather Jean Burns with family by her side on November 28, 2024, in Sault Ste. Marie.
She was born on December 14, 1955. Predeceased by her parents Arlene Taylor and John Burns.
Loving Mother to Danica McLean and Glenn McLean (Cara). Loving Grandma to Oakley McLean, Michael Rowe (Jessica), Austin Rowe (Breanna), Brooklyn Rowe (Braden), Michael and Rylee Dorans (Seth). Great Grandma to Hailey & Skylar, Ben & Lyberty, Kaison & Beckham. Her little dog Cloud will miss her and all their adventures.
Loved and cherished sister of Angus (Sarah), Arlene (John), Jason, Terry, Grayson and John. Special Aunt to Jamie and David.
Heather will be remembered for her zest for life, love of music, passion for helping animals and her dedication to volunteering at the Soup Kitchen and Salvation Army for many years. She was always a humble woman who loved to help when and where she could.
We would like to Thank Dr. "Mac", Dr. White and the nurses in the Emergency Department for their care and compassion. A very special thank you to Nurse Reed. You were incredible.
