It's for real time for the Soo Greyhounds tonight. The Hounds are home to the Owen Sound Attack in a 7:30 p.m. start at Memorial Gardens as their Ontario Hockey League regular season gets underway.

Local product Joey Biasucci will get the call in goal for the Hounds in the season opener. The 18-year old tender, acquired during the off-season from the Brampton Battalion, had a strong pre-season for the Hounds.

Biasucci won't be the only OHL veteran acquired in a summer trade making his Hounds' debut tonight. The others are overage forwards Adam Chapman and Matt Herneisen.

Chapman had 22 goals for the Ottawa 67s last season while Herneisen bulged the twine 19 times for the Peterborough Petes.

ATTACK MODE : Owen Sound has a couple of rookie goalies in 19-year old Buffalo Sabres' draft pick Marty Magers and 16-year old Dan LaCosta.

Attack forwards to watch include overager Matt Passfield, a 28-goal scorer last season, and Sooite Patrick Jarrett, hoping to rebound from a six-goal campaign after notching 15 as a rookie.

Meanwhile, defenceman Patrick Sutton, an ex-Hound, returns to the Soo after being obtained in a summer trade by the Attack.
