Willow Avenue apartment fire electrical in nature: Fire Services

No injuries reported in Saturday morning incident

Firefighters responded to an electrical fire in the 100 block of Willow Avenue Saturday morning.

A news release issued today by the Sault Ste. Marie Fire Services states that crews responded to the apartment fire shortly after 9:30 a.m.

The apartment sustained moderate damage as a result of the incident, Fire Services reports.

No injuries were reported and the fire is not considered suspicious in nature.
