Skater Dr. Jonathan Keuhl leaves for international competition

The ISU Adult International Figure Skating Competition will take place in Oberstdorf, Germany, between May 23 and May 28

Dr. Jonathan Keuhl, a figure skater from a Lake Super Figure Skating Club for adults, will leave for his first international figure skating competition. 

The ISU Adult International Figure Skating Competition takes place annually in Oberstdorf, Germany, from May 23 to May 28.

Keuhl will participate in two events: Men’s Silver II Free Skate and Men’s Silver Artistic II Skate. He will compete against men from the Czech Republic, Spain, Finland, France, Great Britain, and Italy.

On Friday, May 20, 2022, Lake Super Figure Skating Club adult figure skater, Dr. Jonathan Keuhl, leaves for his first international figure skating competition. The ISU Adult International Figure Skating Competition is held annually in Oberstdorf, Germany, between May 23 and May 28.

Dr. Keuhl will be competing in two events: Men’s Silver II Free Skate and Men’s Silver Artistic II Skate. All events are split into categories by level of skating abilities and age. This is a very exciting opportunity for Dr. Keuhl. There will be competitors from all over the world and various levels of skating skills. Most of the competitors only began figure skating lessons as adults, but there is also a category for those who used to be competitive figure skaters as a youth. Keuhl will be competing against men from the Czech Republic, Spain, Finland, France, Great Britain, and Italy. The Lake Superior Figure Skating Club Board of Directors and Coaches wish Keuhl the best of luck!
