Kids invited to enjoy 'summer storytime' every Thursday

Weekly readings at downtown library begin July 4

The downtown public library will be hosting a weekly Summer Storytime in July and August.

Those interested can drop by the James L. McIntyre Centennial Library’s Children’s Department every Thursday at 11 a.m.

The first one is scheduled for July 4.

“Join us and listen to story books, rhymes and maybe a song or two,” the library said in a news release.

Registration is not required. For more information, call Children’s Services at 705-759-5241.
