Jeremie Belanger, 24, of Kapuskasing, and Ken Miekle, 41, of Kitchener were reported to be travelling by helicopter near Folyet, Ont. from Horwood Lake Camp on September 8 at 8:30 p.m. to a camp approximately 10 km southwest.

Military aircraft searched the area for the helicopter when it became overdue.

The wreckage was discovered September 11 along with two bodies.

The identity of the bodies will be confirmed after post-mortems are performed.
