Crews responded to a fire in the 200 block of Fourth Line East last night at approximately 9:30 p.m.
A news release issued today by Sault Ste. Marie Fire Services states that responding firefighters observed smoke coming from a detached garage before the fire was contained and extinguished.
It was determined that the fire was electrical in nature.
The garage sustained moderate damage and no injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
