Sault Area Hospital is dealing with a COVID-19 outbreak in its 3B unit.
The outbreak was declared Tuesday after consultations with Algoma Public Health, the hospital says on its website.
“We need your support to help contain the spread of the virus,” the website says.
Anyone visiting the 3B unit is asked to wear a mask at all times, use hand sanitizer upon entry and exit, and limit visits as much as possible.
“Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our hospital safe!” the site says.
