Sault Ste. Marie Fire Services and Sault Ste. Marie Police Service responded to a collision at the intersection of McNabb Street and Great Northern Road Saturday afternoon that took down traffic lights and left a vehicle badly damaged.
A portion of the intersection was closed to traffic around 3 p.m. It's unclear if any injuries were sustained in the collision.
