Callie Griffin is one of seven graduates from the graphic design program at Sault College whose work is featured in a special exhibition at The Gallery this weekend.
************************* Callie Griffin is a production artist.
Raised in Bolton, Ontario, Griffin came to the Sault for the graphic design program.
Attention to detail drives her to spend her time ensuring the designer’s work is camera ready to print.
Interested in the production side of design, Griffin pays attention to colour schemes, crop marks and fine details of the end result.
She also has developed an eye for web design and likes to produce web ads as well as design websites.
“The program rocks,” explains Griffin enthusiastically, as she prepares for the end of year exhibit.
She will travel any where her career will take her and has enjoyed working with musicians and other creative people.
Another strength Griffin holds is her ability to make the sale and talk up the importance of the design created.
“I’m all about the business of making design work,” says Griffin.
Artwork submitted: production of business cards.
