In loving memory of a dear wife, mother and nonna, who went to her eternal rest on April 15, 2017.

How is it that we never saw your wings
when you were here with us?
When you closed your eyes and soared
to the Heavens we could hear the
faint flutter of you wings as you left.
Your body no longer on this side
your spirit here eternally We see your halo shine.
We close our eyes and see the multi-colored wings
surround us in our saddest moments and our happiest times.
Mother, my angel God has given you your assignment
always our mother forever my angel.
You fly into our dreams and when we are asleep
We feel your wings brush against our face wiping away
the tears we shed since we can no longer hold
you in our arms but in our hearts.
You earned those wings dear mother
and you will always be our angel eternal.

Remembering you today and every day with much love. Always in our thoughts and prayers. Giovanni, Fernando, Anne, Lydia, Aldo and your grandchildren who speak of you often....Ashleigh and Joshua
