SooToday, in partnership with the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society and The Animal Assistance Group, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.
Jazz
(TAAG)
Jazz is an 8-year-old spayed Calico Tabby mix who happens to like dogs.
Jazz sadly finds herself looking for a new home at this stage of her life because she could not accept a change in family circumstances; a new baby in the family.
Older cats are often overlooked by potential adopters and tend to stay in shelters longer.
Many people who have chosen to adopt an older pet will tell you that more mature pets seem to understand the second chance you have given them and form a very special bond with their new family.
If you would like to meet or adopt Jazz, or any of the available cats or kittens, please contact us.
Visit us at The Animal Assistance Group (TAAG) Website, where you will find information on shelter location, hours of operation, ways to help, and adoption information.

The Animal Assistance Group (TAAG) is a non-profit registered charity located at 189 Elgin St, Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, offering rescue foster and ultimately permanent adoption of homeless, unwanted, or neglected pets.
While these animals are in our care, medical attention, spay / neuter services and lots of love are provided until homes are found. Homeless cats stay with TAAG until adopted.
