SooToday, in partnership with the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society and The Animal Assistance Group (TAAG), brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet in need of adoption.

Beau

Beau's journey began as an abuse rescue, but despite her rocky past, she's filled with charm that will melt your heart.

This girl adores being close to people, but has her own set of rules when it comes to affection. She's a firm believer in personal space and prefers to keep her boundaries. While she'll happily snuggle up beside you, her sweet spot for pets is strictly reserved for head scratches only.

She's a loyal companion who's ready to give love and devotion. She only asks for a little understanding and respect for her unique preferences.

If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind feline friend who's full of love and personality, Beau might just be the perfect match for you.
