Bluetooth connectivity, listen to music, audio books, answer your cellphone with a tap on the hearing aid no need to take your phone out, hands free calling. Rechargeable batteries that last all day, comes with charger and cord, extra ear domes and wax shields, cleaning kit, battery pack for charger allowing up to 3 charges great for weekend at camp and a travel case for everything. You would need to have them programmed to your hearing loss by an audiologist. There are videos on YouTube for these you could watch to see all the features.
