Join us for a full-day immersion into the world of running! Whether you're an experienced runner, just getting started, or looking for motivation to hit the ground running, this retreat is for YOU!

What you'll learn:
-the physical and mental benefits of running
-goal setting and effective program design
-proper running form and technique
-strength training to improve performance and prevent injuries
-common running injuries and prevention strategies
-yoga for runners: mobility and recovery
-nutrition for runners: fuelling pre, during, and post-run
-overcoming common nutrition challenges

Movement sessions will include strength training and yoga for runners. Please note that there will be no actual running at the retreat.
