In collaboration with Strong Minds!

This is a relaxed way for parents to gather with their infants and talk freely and safely about their expectations vs reality, prenatal, postpartum, parenting, returning to intimacy and growth and development focused.

Cost is per parent attending for a 5 class session. Activities include light physical activities, deep breathing/ meditation and a keepsake art work with infants and parents.
