Arrests On September 11, 2013 at approximately 7:50 a.m. officers attended at the Home Depot at 530 Great Northern Road regarding an erratic driver.

Arrests

On September 11, 2013 at approximately 7:50 a.m. officers attended at the Home Depot at 530 Great Northern Road regarding an erratic driver.  It is alleged that the accused struck a cart in the parking lot and jumped the curb before leaving the parking lot. A witness was available to give details of the incident. The driver was apprehended and given a road side check. The officer found the accused to be under the influence of drugs and arrested the accused. William Iles, age 67, will appear in court on October 21, 2013 at 9 a.m.
 
On September 11, 2013 officers arrested a 42-year-old male for two counts of assault. It is alleged that in June or July of 2013 the accused did assault his female partner by pushing her and causing injury to the victims arm. On September 11, 2013 the accused is alleged to have assaulted the victim by pushing the victim to the ground and choking the victim. The accused will appear in bail court on September 12, 2013 at 10 a.m.
 
On September 11, 2013 Jennifer Adams, age 30, was located in the downtown area of the city and arrested on warrants for breach of probation (x4). The charges involved two charges of failing to report and two charges of failing to perform community service work. The accused will appear in bail court on September 12, 2013 at 10 a.m.
 
On September 11, 2013 at 3:07 p.m., the accused, age 37, turned himself in to police regarding a domestic related incident. The accused was wanted by police for breach of probation (x2) and will appear in bail court on September 12, 2013 at 10 a.m.

Two Business Break and Enters

Between the 9th of September at 10 p.m. and the 10th of September at 11 a.m., Shogun Sushi on Great Northern Road was broken into. The cash register and an undisclosed amount of money was taken.

Shortly after 3 a.m. this morning officers on Patrol Services located a broken window at CupCakez on Great Northern Road. The cash register and an undisclosed amount of money was taken. The Canine Unit was called out to assist in locating the suspects with negative results.

Earlier release:

City Police Patrol officers discovered a broken front window at Cup Cakes on Great Northern Road at approximately 3:20 a.m. this morning. Upon closer examination of the scene, officers were able to determine that entry was gained into the business. The canine unit was called out and at the time of this report this call was still being worked on by the officers involved.
