18-year-old Christopher Orrico of 87 Wellington St. E. was checked by patrol officers last night in the downtown area. A CPIC check revealed Orrico was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court with regards to mischief and breach of condition charges. He was subsequently arrested and charged accordingly. He will be appearing in Provincial Court January 27th 2014.

A resident was awoken early this morning by 2 persons with flashlights in his home. The homeowner scared them off, but not before they had stolen his wallet with a small amount of cash and a credit card.
