IN POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY Yesterday, a 14-year-old female was found in possession of a purse that had been reported stolen to police on October 31st. It had been stolen from a local High School.

Yesterday, a 14-year-old female was found in possession of a purse that had been reported stolen to police on October 31st. It had been stolen from a local High School.

By being in possession of stolen property she breached her probation order. At 11:10 am yesterday the youth was arrested and charged with Theft Under $5,000.00, Possession Of Stolen Property, Breach Of Undertaking And Breach Of Probation. She is scheduled to appear in court in mid December.


MAN ASSAULTS WOMAN
On July 11th at approximately 1:00 a.m., Ralph Carricato, age 31 of 1540 Peoples Road allegedly assaulted a 35-year-old female by choking her and pushing her while they were at a local hotel. Mr. Carricato then smashed out the window of her vehicle. Officers arrested and charged him with assault and mischief that night.

He was scheduled to appear in court on October 23rd but failed to appear. On November 4th, at approximately 1:30 p.m., he turned himself into police for failing to attend cou
