A 40-year-old female turned herself in to city police today as a result of being wanted regarding a domestic related incident. It is alleged she called and texted her estranged husband a few hundred times on May 5 when she was on conditions not to molest, harass or annoy him. She was subsequently charged with breaching her Probation order and will be appearing in Provincial Court on June 4.
On May 5, 2014 at 11:10 p.m., patrol officers arrested and charged a 28-year-old male with domestic assault. Police learned the male [allegedly] assaulted his girlfriend by pushing her. She was not injured in the assault. He will appear in bail court on May 6.
At approximately 1:30 a.m., patrol officers attended 621 MacDonald Ave for a noise complaint. Officers found two adult females in an intoxicated condition yelling at each other in the building. Police officers arrested both females to prevent a breach of the peace. During the arrest of one of the females, she kicked two of the officers that were dealing with her. Lana Wilson, age 20, of Nebenaigoching, Rankin Reserve, was charged with Assaulting a peace officer. She will appear in court on Monday, June 2.
