On May 27, 2014 at 11:20 am Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 26 year old male with Criminal Harassment, Threatening Death and Breach of Probation. Following a domestic argument with his ex-girlfriend the male attended at the victim’s home several times and threatened to harm her. By doing so he breached his pre-existing probation order. He will appear in bail court on May 28th.

On May 26, 2014 at approximately 9 p.m. police responded to a domestic related incident in the west end of the city. On attending investigation revealed that a male, age 37, assaulted his common law partner by pouring a bowl of water on her. The accused was arrested and will appear in bail court on May 27, 2014 at 10 a.m.
Police attended in the 200 block of Panoramic Drive regarding a bear sighted in the backyard. On attending found that the bear had retreated to the bush area.
