On May 12 at 8:20 p.m., patrol officers arrested and charged Jordan Porter, age 24 of 180 Albert Street West, with Theft under $5,000, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Breach of Probation. Officers learned that Porter had shoplifted a quantity of meat from Romes. Porter will appear in court on May 13.
On May 12, 2014 at approximately 8:30 p.m., patrol officers attended a residence for a domestic dispute. Officers found that a 26-year-old male had assaulted his girlfriend with a broom handle. The male was arrested for Assault with a Weapon. The victim was not injured in the assault. The accused will appear in court on May 13.
