On March 24, at approximately 9:30 p.m., an 18-year-old male was observed by patrol officers walking on Wellington St. near Hughes St. The male was known to the officers and a records check was done. The check revealed that the accused was on two recognizance of bail with a curfew of 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily. The original release documents were from when the accused was charged as a young person. He was charged with the two breaches and will now appear in court on April 28, 2014.
