HALLOWEEN PRANKS
Police received reports of two individuals in a dark blue car shooting at houses with a paintball gun in the Churchill Blvd., Elizabeth Street, and McMeeken Street areas shortly after 6pm.
A bicyclist reports being egged by four males in a silver gray Dodge Caravan as he drove along Shannon Road at 6:30pm
Police received reports of teenagers smashing pumpkins on Kohler Street around 9:30pm and again on Madeline Street around 2:00 this morning.
On a more serious note, a 15-year old girl was punched in the stomach and pushed to the ground by an unknown male who attempted to steal a bag of candy. The assailant was pushed by another girl who was in the area. He then fled the scene.
Detectives are following up on the report of a 14-year old male being struck by a paintball fired at him from a dark vehicle in the Upton Road area shortly after 6pm. He was struck in the neck and was taken to hospital for treatment of his injuries. Police request the assistance of the public. If you
