On April 16, 2014, the accused Emily Nethery, age 24, was at the Walmart Store at 293 Bay Street. It is alleged that the accused concealed movies and gum and left the store without paying.

On April 16, 2014, the accused Emily Nethery, age 24, was at the Walmart Store at 293 Bay Street. It is alleged that the accused concealed movies and gum and left the store without paying. The accused was apprehended by a Walmart loss prevention officer. Police attended and the accused was charged with theft under $5000. The accused will appear in court on May 26, 2014 at 9 a.m.

On April 16, 2014, the accused Roger Paradis, age 54 of Albert Street West, was at the Walmart Store on Great Northern Road. It is alleged that the accused left the store with a bag of food products without attempting to pay for the goods. The accused was apprehended by a Walmart loss prevention officer. Police attended and charges the accused with theft under $5000. The accused will appear in court on May 26, 2014, at 9 a.m.

On April 16, 2014 the accused male, age 22, was at the courthouse. A check of the accused was done and it was found that there was an outstanding warrant for breaching a court ordered condition. The accused did not abide by his curfew on March 16, 2014. The accused will appear in bail court on April 17, 2014 at 10 a.m.
