A resident on Ruscio Drive reported that overnight a windshield in her vehicle was smashed and a quantity of change was stolen.

A resident on Muriel Drive reported that sometime in the past three days a door on their garage was broken in. Nothing is reported stolen at this time.

20 year old Nicholas Turmaine of 82 Elliott Road was charged with one count of driving while disqualified. It is alleged that on the 29th of September the accused was driving a motor vehicle on Peoples Road despite being prohibited by court order from driving. He will be appearing in court on November 4th.

Morning news

A 54-year-old male was arrested by city police detectives on September 28 and charged with sexual assault. It is alleged that on September 11 the male assaulted a female victim in a stairwell of an apartment building they both reside in. He will be appearing in Weekend and Statutory Holiday (WASH) Court later this morning.
