City Police officers attended to Soo Mill on Great Northern Rd. this afternoon regarding a theft complaint. After their arrival, the officers were advised that the male involved also [allegedly] assaulted one employee and threatened another. As a result, 28-year-old Tim Browne of 142 Brien Ave. was charged with theft of work gloves and batteries, assault and threatening. He will be appearing in Provincial Court on December 2.

28-year-old Gregory Parr of 224 Wallace Terrace was arrested by City Police officers early this morning after he was observed driving in an erratic manner in the west end. He was subsequently charged with impaired driving and consume over the legal limit after failing an Intoxilyzer test. Mr. Parr will be appearing in Provincial Court December 2.

22-year-old Samantha Tulloch of 72 Fields Square was arrested on a warrant for possession of stolen property. It is alleged that on May 11, 2013 she was living at an address on Hudson St. when a search warrant was executed and stolen property located. She is scheduled to appear in court on December 9, 2013.

27-year-old John Sayer-Thibault of 160 Frontenac at approximately 2:30 a.m. was located by police in an intoxicated condition at a hotel on Pim St. He was on a recognizance of bail with a condition not to consume alcohol as well as a curfew. He was also on a conditional sentence order not to consume alcohol. He stands charged with these breaches and is scheduled for WASH court this morning.
