A 24-year-old male was arrested as a result of domestic violence. It is alleged that on the 24th of November the girlfriend of the accused attended at his residence. While there, the accused grabbed the arm of the girlfriend and pulled her into his apartment and pushed a friend of hers out of the way. There were no injuries reported. The accused was charged with two counts of assault and will be appearing in court on December 18.

Mischief was reported to the Wellington Square Mall. Sometime during the overnight hours of November 23 into the 24, unknown persons spray painted a substantial amount of graffiti onto the walls at the rear of the mall. It appears that the culprits were there for a substantial period of time based on the amount of painting that was done.

On November 24, 2013 at approximately 12:30 a.m., patrol officers located and arrested 23-year-old Kristy Lee-Charette of 40 St. Andrews Terrace, wanted on outstanding warrants. The warrants stem from an incident in October 2013 in which the accused is alleged to have committed numerous offences including break and enter, theft, and possession of stolen property. She will be appearing in WASH court this morning.

On the 24th of November 2013, at approximately 1:59 a.m., patrol officers observed a vehicle being driven erratically in the downtown core. Officers conducted a vehicle stop and discovered the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. As a result of their investigation, 39-year-old Candace Sherlock was arrested and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle. She will be appearing in court December 23, 2013.
