IMPAIRED DRIVER ARRESTED
City police report a very quiet Saturday night. One driver was arrested and charged with impaired. At 8:20 last evening, police received a complaint about a drunk driver leaving an address on Second Line West. Jacqueline Black, age 35, was located a short time later on East Balfour Street. She was arrested and charged with impaired driving.
There was one assault overnight as well but details are not yet available.
