A break and enter was reported to City Police today at a residence in the 400 block of Second Line West. The complainant believes it occurred sometime between noon yesterday and 2:30 p.m today. A side door was kicked in to gain entry and it is unknown at the time of this report what was stolen.
A 29-year-old male was picked up by City Police officers this afternoon on an outstanding warrant relating to the theft of a motor vehicle with domestic implications. It is alleged the accused stole his common law girlfriend’s vehicle on the 22nd of December. He will be appearing in Provincial Court January 29, 2014.
A 29-year-old male was arrested for breaching his probation. It is alleged that on December 28 the male was in the company of and communicating with a female despite being on conditions not to. The probation order was as a result of domestic violence allegations. He will be appearing in court on January 29.
30-year-old Luc Dale of Douglas Street was arrested on a warrant for two counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that the accused breached his probation by failing to report to the probation office and failing to notify a change of address. He will be appearing in court on February 3.
