On March 7, 2019 officers with the Investigation Services division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 63-year-old man for sexual assault.
It’s alleged that on multiple occasions between 1995 and 1999, the accused touched a young person known to him for a sexual purpose.
The accused was taken into custody on March 7, 2019 and is charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of sexual interference. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 8, 2019.
