On the 21 September 2013 at 3:35 AM, a resident awoke to find a male going through his vehicle. The homeowner confronted the man and held him for police. Charged with trespass by night, theft under $5,000.00 and possession of stolen property is Glen Alton Wilson (age 54) of 142 Albert St East. He will be appearing in court on the 28 October 2013.

On September 20th, 2013 at approximately 11:30 pm, patrol officers responded to a domestic incident in the west end of the city. Investigation revealed a 40 year old male had stolen a cell phone belonging to his wife and damaged it, rendering it inoperable. As a result of the investigation, the male was arrested and charged with theft under $5000 and mischief to property. He will be appearing in WASH (weekend and statutory holiday) court September 21, 2013.
On September 20th, 2013, at 7:00pm, patrol officers arrested a 44 year old male on outstanding warrants in relation to a domestic incident. It is alleged that in December of last year the accused assaulted his spouse while at the same time threatened to kill her and damage her property. He will be appearing in court October 23, 2013.
On September 20th, 2013 at approximately 8:30pm, patrol officers had occasion to interact with a 40 year old female in the downtown area of the city. Investigation revealed that the women had a number of outstanding warrants for her arrest for repeatedly breaching her Conditional Sentence Order in regards to a previous domestic incident. She was arrested and will be appearing in WASH (weekend and statutory holiday) court September 21, 2013.
On September 17th, 2013, detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division commenced an investigation regarding an alleged sexual assault on a young female. As a result of the investigation, on September 20, 2013, at 2:30pm a 30 year old male was arrested and charged with sexual assault and forcible confinement. He will be appearing in WASH (weekend and statutory holiday) court September 21st, 2013. The identity of the accused and location of the incident are not being released to protect the identity of the victim.
On September 21st, 2013, patrol officers responded to a domestic incident in the west end of the city. As a result of the investigation a 21 year old male was arrested and charged with assault and breaching the conditions of his probation. It is alleged the accused threw a drink into the face of his girlfriend and then proceeded to push and punch her causing visible injuries. At the time of the incident, the accused was on a probation order with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He will be appearing in WASH (weekend and statutory holiday) court September 21, 2013.
On September 20, 2013, at approximately 11:30 pm, patrol officers responded to a report of an intoxicated male on Gore Street. A short time later officers located 42 year old Clinton Perrault of 4-196 James Street. Investigation revealed that Perrault had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for allegedly stealing alcohol from a local LCBO store. He was arrested and charged with theft under $5000. He will be appearing in court October 28, 2013.
On September 20, 2013, at approximately 10:00pm members of the Crime Suppression unit arrested and charged 25 year old Morgan Periard of 28 Salisbury Ave. with possession of stolen property. It is alleged that Periard was found to be in possession of an air compressor and power saw that had been reported stolen on the 12th of September, 2013. She will be appearing in courtNovember 4, 2013.
On September 21, 2013, at approximately 12:15am, patrol officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence in the east end of the city. As a result of the investigation a 53 year old male was arrested and charged with assault, mischief and assault on a peace officer. It is alleged that the male was in an intoxicated state and broke a window in the front door of the residence after which he assaulted his spouse by punching and choking her. During the arrest, it is alleged the accused assaulted the police officers by pushing and kicking them. He will be appearing in WASH (weekend and statutory holiday) court September 21, 2013.
