On November 9, 2013 at noon hour, Wrendall Nahmiwan, age 44 of 125 Saggmok Rd. Spanish River Reserve, turned himself into police. Nahmiwan was wanted on an arrest warrant for breaching his probation. He will appear in court on December 9.
On November 8, 2013 at approximately 17:45 hrs, patrol officers located and arrested 19-year-old Rene Julian Butorac of 24 Clearview Dr. for theft under $5,000. It is alleged that on the 25th of October the accused stole a Playstation 3 video game console valued at $300 from a local business. He will be appearing in court December 9, 2013.
