On the March 1 officers attended at the Top Hat Bar for a person to be removed. Investigation revealed that the accused had previously been removed by the staff. The accused began yelling and swearing when the officers were trying to get him to leave. As a result Wadah Gadain of the 100-block of Cambridge Place was arrested and charged with Causing a Disturbance. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 31st.
