SAULT STE. MARIE POLICE SERVICE

On March 9, 2019 officers with the Patrol Services division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested (peace bond issued) for assault with a weapon.
It’s alleged on March 8, 2019 the accused was visiting a relative at a retirement home in the 0-100 block of Van Daele Street when she was asked to leave the room by attendants. She became upset and struck an attendant with a piece of equipment.
She is charged with one count of assault with a weapon. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 15, 2019.
